How long will it take to get my item?
Please allow 3 business days for production before your item ships out.

• • Fractional Insights is not responsible for any shipping delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or misplaced items by mail carriers.
What about returns and exchanges?
Each item is made to order, so the shop cannot accommodate returns or exchanges. Please make sure to double check your sizing and color selection. Of course, if there are any issues that we are responsible for with your order we will work to make it right and get you a replacement or refund.

In the off chance that you did order the wrong color, size, or item, we encourage you to keep the item and gift it to a friend or location in need. In that instance, please reach out to Fractional Insights and let us know.
